Operating a store on Girl/Boy Jungle couldn’t be easier as there is NO contract (you can leave at any time), NO listing fees and NO commission. You just pay the flat rate monthly store fee, and you can list as many items as you like without having any extra costly fees. As a seller on Girl/Boy Jungle you have the advantage of joining a unique store which makes your products available to the people specifically looking for them.
Advantages
~ Stores are $15 per month (just $3.75 a week) per website thereafter or if you choose both websites it will be $20 per month. FIRST MONTH IS FREE!!!
~ No listing or commission fees! Listing and commission fees on other websites can look minimal but once you list a lot of items these can add up to an astonishing amount. A flat rate monthly fee lets you know exactly how much you will be paying month to month.
~ Use your store as an invoicing system by adding a link under all your items on facebook to purchase the item in your Jungle store you will save the endless hours emailing and following up emails to your customers. You can also set up custom listings within in your store so you can still sell items on your facebook page and then you can send customers a link to their order. Having all your orders in one place is great for keeping track for your sales records.
~ Mini Store on Facebook you will have access to create a mini store with a selection of your products to add to your facebook page
~ Give your business a professional look by using your Email Address on your promotional material. You will be provided with a email address yourbrand@girljungle.com.au looking more professional then a hotmail, gmail, or other email accounts. Your emails will be forwarded to your current email address so there will be no need to have to check another email account.
~ You can have a break if you need to. If you are going away for a vacation, a new baby is due, or you need to have a break to let your creative juices flow you can put your store into vacation mode and then when you come back all your products and store information will be as you left them. You will not be charged whilst your store is in vacation mode.
~ Preview mode whilst you attend markets! You store products will be viewable but not purchasable whilst you are in preview mode. This way if items are purchased at a market they can’t also be purchased in your store.
~ Auctions – you have the option to place some of your items up for auction within your store. This would be a great feature if you have a OOAK popular item.
~ Discounts and Vouchers – you can provide your customers with a discount code that they can enter on checkout to receive a discount on your products
~ Let us advertise for you – Advertising and promoting your business is one of the hardest and most costly parts of running a business. So let us advertise our website (and thus your business) on children’s websites, blogs, newsletters and facebook pages. We will run print ads in the leading children’s magazines and newspapers (once we are up and running and large enough) As well as extensive Social Media advertising through facebook, twitter, Google+, Blogger, Instagram & Pinterest
How it works
Your store will be one of many WAHM stores within the Boy Jungle and Girl Jungle websites. Your stores items will be found within the websites broken down categories and there will also be a link to your store with just your products listed.
A store on Boy/Girl Jungle is completely customisable, you can add as little or as many items as you like. You have the control to list products, remove products, and alter product quantities 24/7.You can also add custom selections to your listing (e.g. Colour, size, quantities, and added features). Your stores sales and statistics are viewable at any time.
Purchased items and postage
Once an item has been purchased our website distributes the payment if by PayPal to the appropriate store. If payment is by bank deposit the purchaser will view your bank details for the deposit. You set your postage costs for your items. If a customer purchases from more than one shop they will only receive one invoice and payments will automatically be split and distributed between the stores if paid by PayPal. Postage will always be separate to each store as the items will be posted from different store locations.
Items that can be sold
You can sell your own handmade creations or handmade items that you have purchased if you are a reseller. Products must relate to items for newborns through to ten year olds.

We are hand selecting the stores that will sell on our website because we want our website to have the best and largest possible range for shoppers to purchase when they visit. We do not want a website full of the same items. Thus we are only allowing a certain number of stores selling similar items.
